A Clean Sweep for the Entire Neighborhood

We recently had the pleasure of power washing 23 homes, several decks and patios, and the community clubhouse and pool deck in Stags Trail, a modern neighborhood in Mechanicsville, VA. This wasn’t just one job, it was a coordinated effort by the HOA and homeowners to refresh the entire neighborhood at once, and we were proud to be their trusted partner.

Many of the homes in Stags Trail feature HardiPlank siding and stained wood accents, so our team took extra care to tailor our process for each surface. Over the course of three well-scheduled days, we brought every home back to life, safely, thoroughly, and on time.

A Community Effort, A Cleaner Outcome

This wasn’t your average one-home job. The residents of Stags Trail came together to schedule a neighborhood-wide cleaning, which allowed us to offer group pricing and tackle the project efficiently. Several homeowners had already worked with us in the past, so when it came time to coordinate with the HOA, the trust was already there.

Projects like this remind us how much people care about their homes, and how power washing doesn’t just improve appearance, but brings neighbors together, too.

Project Overview

Why Mechanicsville Homeowners Choose Capital City

Our crews know the Richmond suburbs like the back of our hand, and Stags Trail in Mechanicsville is no exception. We show up when we say we will, respect your property, and don’t leave until it shines. With dozens of happy homeowners in just one neighborhood, we’re proud to be the go-to power washing company in Central Virginia.

From HOA jobs to single homes, we bring the same level of care, communication, and cleanliness to every project.

Tailored Service for Every Surface

We customized our soft wash and pressure wash methods depending on the surface type. For the HardiPlank siding, we used a low-pressure soft wash technique to protect the material while still cutting through dirt, algae, and pollen. On stained wood patios and decks, we were extra cautious to preserve finishes. For the clubhouse and pool deck, we scheduled work around access needs to avoid disruption for residents.
